ParcView at Miramar is a new construction townhome community DEDICATED TO SERVING THE MIRAMAR WORKFORCE.  Homes will be sold to individuals and families earning less than approximately $120,000 annually (depending on household size).  You might say to yourself, I earn less than that and as a result, thought homeownership was out of reach well, it’s not.
